Last night as I was coming out of Wegman’s I was admiring the beautiful colors of the sky at sunset. When there in front of me was a flock of birds. And I kid you not they formed a heart! And when they left that shape others came to join them and made what looks like waves. And all I could think of was how loving is our Abba that He let me know how much He loves me while coming out of a grocery store. Then to to have moving waves, as if to say, and “I’m pouring that love, grace and peace all over you so that you will know I’m always there for you. And the fact you noticed that blesses my heart.”
How our hearts are touched and warmed when someone notices a loving gesture and says “thank you”. And since we were made in His image no wonder He feels the same way when we acknowledge Him when we see Him in everything. It’s supposed to be another lovely weekend, and although we need the rain, I’m encouraging you to look for God in even the smallest of things. Then tell Him thank you, because you were reminded of His love and concern for you. Keep count and see how many times He reminds you, you are covered by His blessings and favor.
