The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
The skies display his craftsmanship. Psalm 19:1
After getting home last night, I sat on the front porch without any lights on and just enjoyed the beauty of the night sky. Just a few hours before I was watching a sunset as it lit up the sky with its different colors. I thought about the beautiful warm glow of deep orange as the the sun rose, and the gorgeous blue sky during the day and each time I thought of today’s verse.
Someone once said, “if you’re feeling down, just look up.” Looking up is an excellent direction, but the truth is the glory of God is all around us, it’s in the trees and grass, in a persons smile, a baby, a beautiful song and painting, I could keep going on. So for a quick reset during the day and it’s pressures consider all the wonderful and beautiful things around you. The spend some time with their Creator and thank Him for sharing them with you.
