It seems like everything has been changing and now even the weather has been up and down. Yesterday it was 72, tomorrow the high is supposed to be 48 and by Wednesday 38 with wet snow. Right about now itsn’t it good to know there is Someone who is consistent no matter what the circumstances. Someone with the wisdom to know when it’s the right time, the right thing and the right place for everything to happen. To know what will bring Him glory and honor and will be beneficial for the most people and situation.
Notice the second part of this verse, God is loves His own and although we may make choices and do things that are far from His plans for us, He still cares for us and wants to bring us back into His ways, so we may recieve all the blessings He has waiting for us. What a peace of heart and mind to know, literally no matter what God has our back. When fear, aniety and worry begin to enter your thoughts, just remember the same God that always rescued and delivered His people in the Old Testament, will continue to do the same today. And because Jesus became our substitutional sacrifice, He took all our sin and its affects and then gave us all He is. Now His grace has been made available to all who will believe and recieve His forgiveness and Holy Spirit. His love truly is everlasting and for everyone who calls on His name.
